The District conducts is own written testing process using resources from FPSI. In addition to the written FPSI test, the District utilizing an oral interview process and skills assessment to establish our hiring lists. Once lists are established, final interviews are conducted and contingent job offers are made.

Candidates are required to have a valid CPAT card to be considered in the hiring process.
